PEOPLEon theMove Lippert Components Inc LCI made several personnel moves as of late including a change in the management of its European based subsidiary Polyplastic Group as Jan Cees Santemasucceeds Jan Peter Veeneman as managing director Veeneman led Polyplastic for 25 years while Santema has extensive experience in sales and manufacturing of chassis and plastic components including stints at VDL Group BV as managing director and various other international roles In other recent personnel news LCI promoted several members within the sales team Andrew Pocock who has been with LCI for 16 years is now senior vice president of sales for Emerging Markets where he will provide leadership over the companys entire emerging markets division and diversification strategy As the new vice president of sales Utility Trailers Bob Boone will continue to work within the companys emerging markets division and drive LCIs axle product strategy As the new vice president of sales RV Mason Ogle will oversee the companys chassis body and business development teams In his new role as vice president of interior sales and business development RV Andrew Mock will maintain his responsibilities within interior sales but will now oversee key product growth opportunities as well as pursue solutions to OEM partners that span all LCI products As the new vice president of business development West Coast Eddie Rackleffwill oversee business development for the companys West Coast accounts primarily in the RV market Camping World Holdings Inc CWHI the nations largest RV dealer promoted five executives within the company including Karin Bell to the position of chief financial officer succeeding Melvin Flanigan who resigned from the company for personal reasons In addition Lindsey Christen who was hired in 2008 as corporate counsel and was promoted to assistant general counsel in 2011 was promoted to senior vice president general counsel and corporate secretary Kelly Allen a team member for 22 years has been promoted to senior vice president sales merchandising and supply chain where she will be responsible for further developing the companys omnichannel approach to satisfying the outdoor and camping enthusiast Brenda Wintrowhas been promoted to senior vice president of sales and customer experience where she will oversee the development and implementation of processes to responsible for the integration of the publishing marketing and events teams REV Recreation Group Bristol Ind appointed RV sales expert Lenny Razo as national sales director across the three brands Razo has more than 18 years of experience with REV Recreation Group and began his career as a sales coordinator at Fleetwood RV He has held several roles within the business including director of sales for Fleetwood RV director of American Coach and vice president of sales for American Coach and Fleetwood RV Most recently Razo was vice president of sales at Airstream Inc the Jackson Center Ohio based subsidiary of Thor Industries Inc RV industry veteran Jim Dandy Cooley has joined Storyteller Overland the Birmingham Ala based builder of Class B motorhomes as a member of its newly expanded board of directors Prior to selling his thriving Dandy RV business to Camping World in 2014 Cooley built his Dandy RV retail business from a small operation he and his wife Tammie originally operated from their front yard to one of the top 20 largest RV dealerships in the nation In addition Timothy Morgan joined Storyteller in the newly created position of vice president of national sales MITO Corporation Elkhart Ind promoted Matt Dowell a 17 year electronics sales veteran to a new position in the RV Division of the OEM Sales Department according to a company announcement Prior to this transition Dowell who will be directly reporting to MITO President Dan Maloney served MITO Corps Automotive Aftermarket AUTO Division as well as 14 years of RV Electronics Sales at Dehco Inc East To West RV a division of Forest River Inc hired Matt Olds a 15 year industry veteran with seven of those years in the retail side of the industry to lead its Della Terra travel trailer line as its sales manager Arterra Distribution the RV division of the WFCO group hired Bobby Raatz to be the new managing director at the companys Elkhart Ind based headquarters Raatzs focus will be overseeing operations and continuing to grow the business through new product lines sales and marketing Raatz has more than 15 years of experience in the RV industry having worked with SM Osgood as a regional sales manager and most recently as the regional vice president of sales at Southwire In addition Raatz is also a member of the Aftermarket and RV C committees with the RV Industry Association Kevin Crowder has joined Equalizer Systems a division of Days Corporation as an outside sales representative Crowder comes with eight years experience in inventory purchasing and purchasing management experience from Jayco Inc In his role Crowder will be maintaining existing accounts pursuing new business opportunities and attending trade shows nüCamp RV Sugarcreek Ohio promoted John Sanate to director of Customer Experience where he will maintain the companys dedication to the dealer and consumer markets In this newly created position Sanate will manage five teams Customer Service Reception Warranty Parts and Repair partnering with nüCamp COO Nathan Wagler to improve all areas of customer interaction RV industry veteran Mark Lucas joined RVillage as the social networking sites business development manager to expand the membership base and form new partnerships with industry leading companies Safe Guard Products International LLC Mississauga Ontario a leading provider of third party private label protection products for the automotive RV marine and powersports industries announced Mary Buhr has joined the company as the director of Account Management and Business Development for Safe Guard Canada Ltd Suburban Manufacturing an Airxcelbrand has appointed Mike Phillips to the newly created position of senior VP of operations and engineering according to press release from the company The company is a leading supplier of RV furnaces water heaters and cooking appliances In this key role Phillips will lead operations and engineering groups to increase growth
