honored when he discovered his name was emblazoned on a plaque in the lobby of the Lerner Theatre Everyone around you that knows you becomes a better Decio person and I am no exception then Mayor Tim Neese told Decio Youre the person who when were in need of something we go to and you always say yes to the city of Elkhart Several years ago Neese said Decio was part of a panel assessing the viability of the ELCO Theater and whether it was feasible to remake the property into what is today the Lerner Theatre Art not only was instrumental in raising the money but was probably the largest responsible for operations purchasing and engineering as well as executing specific global initiatives supporting the companys growth strategy Caroline Callahan has been promoted to the position of social media manager Callahan will manage the public relations and social media presence of all 11 of Airxcels brands Airstream Inc announced the retirement of Senior Vice President of Operations Mark Wahl following an over twodecade career at the company Wahl joined Airstream in 1997 as the vice president of manufacturing He came to Airstream having already established himself as a leader and innovator in the RV industry beginning his career at Avion Coach Corp in Benton Harbor Mich Avion was then acquired by Fleetwood Enterprises where Wahl held various 88 RVBusiness M A R C H A P R I L 2 0 2 0 management positions He eventually went to work at Damon Corp where he spent almost three years and was plant manager before joining Airstream as vice president of manufacturing Elkhart Ind based Future Sales Inc announced the addition of Dave Middleton to its sales team Middleton is a 20 year industry veteran who has held prominent positions in both purchasing and sales He earned his bachelors at Indiana Tech in business administration Elkhart Ind based TekModo announced the addition of Adam Hawkins to its sales team as national senior account manager of RV marine and specialty vehicles Hawkins comes to Tek Modo with 30 years of experience in the RV industry in sales and manufacturing management He was most recently a sales representative for Lami Plast and senior account manager at Thetford Norcold Airstream Inc announced that it has hired Josh Fonner and Jason Overman as new regional sales directors replacing longtime Airstream Director of Sales Brent Rudd who is retiring The Outdoor Industry Association OIA announced Lise Aangeenbrug as its new executive director Aangeenbrug is currently the executive director of the Outdoor Foundation OIAs philanthropic arm that focuses on getting kids and families outside Aangeenbrug joined the Outdoor Foundation in early 2018 and spearheaded multi year capacity building grants to underserved communities Larry
