BY BRUCE HAMPSON Furrion Initiates Development of Nationwide Sales Distribution Networks as Company Expands Reach Everything we do from product engineering and development to our support systems is geared toward the RV industry said Furrion President Aaron Fidler Most of all we really enjoy being part of this industry But there are other opportunities in other markets that we are going to explore as well I n an era where connectivity seems to take precedence over everything else there are few industries larger than the consumer technology segment and few trade shows larger than the annual Consumer Electronics Show CES With upwards of 4400 exhibitors spread across nearly three million square feet of several Las Vegas convention centers at the 2019 program CES is the premier event for unveiling the latest in everything from artificial intelligence and robotics to flexible phones massive OLED organic light emitting diode TV displays new medical products and assisted driving technology The display garnering the most attention at Januarys event wasnt a robot playing Ping Pong or rollable 8K TVs however It was a massive exhibit inside the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center built around a 78 foot Adonis smart yacht Nor was the exhibitor a long established CES company The attention grabbing display was instead designed and manned by representatives of Furrion Design which during the show picked up a number of awards for new product debuts 72 RVBusiness S E P T E M B E R O C T O B E R 2 0 1 9 Furrion co founders Aaron Fidler left and Matt Fidler with the companys Compact Living display inside the lobby at Furrions Innovation Center Aaron Fidler with Furrions new eROVE electric cooler set to debut early next year The 15 cubicfoot unit is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery pack and uses a built in compressor
