inTECH Open House Highlights inTech RV Debuting Two Smaller Travel Trailers in its Forward Leaning Sol series Revamping Luna Line inTech will be debuting the new Sol Dawn and Sol Eclipse models Nappanee Ind based inTech RV made its mark in the RV industry on the strength of its adventure trailer lines before venturing into the lightweight travel trailer market last year with the Sol and both product types are doing well according to Keith Fishburn sales manager of the companys RV division Our Flyer line which is the original line the company introduced in 2010 has continually become more successful year after year he explained inTech has got that product pretty refined at this point The 19 foot long Sol Horizon continues to sell well explained Fishburn and at this years Open House the company will be unveiling two new models in the Sol series the Dawn and Eclipse Designed to be smaller than the Horizon the 16 foot long Dawn comes in with a base weight of 2600 pounds and is designed to be towed by vehicles with a 3500 pound tow rating The Dawn features a full sized bed in the back with a dinette in the front that can transform into bed space While the Sol Horizon and Dawn included a dinette section in front of the distinctive forward leaning glass windshield that inTech pioneered with its Luna lineup in 2017 Fishburn said that the 16 foot long 2700 pound Eclipse flips the layout with a kitchen extending all the way across the front of the unit and the dinette in the back Other features in the Sol line include high density foam dinette seating slide out exterior kitchens 7 foot awning sizable wet bath and a galley with farmhouse sink and two burner stove MSRPs for the Sol line of travel trailers start in the mid 20000 range inTech tries to work with its dealers when the company is developing new products so that it can get their insights on what their customers are telling them Fishburn explained With the success of the Sol Horizon theres been a lot of excitement over the smaller units coming out So far in our current dealer network theyve been very well accepted 158 RVBusiness S E P T E M B E R O C T O B E R 2 0 1 9 and dealers are excited to get them on their lots In the companys Flyer line which includes the Chase Pursue and Explore inTech will introduce an updated roof rack system that has an adjustable crossbar Manufactured with an all aluminum all tube fully welded cage frame standard features in the Flyer line include a front tongue box that gives users extra storage space and a two inch receiver on the back end that is rated at 100 pounds so users can attach a bike rack The 13 foot Explore has really started to take over as the best seller in the line because it has more open usable space said Fishburn Its set up to be a mini toy hauler with a ramp door off the back and it features six tie down points on the inside What the company found is a lot of people have dogs they have kayaks and equipment they have mountain bikes and other things that they would just rather keep inside the unit with them he added In the companys Luna series dealers will notice revamped interiors and kitchens They are more based off of what we are doing in the Sol line now Fishburn explained Customers can still do the 15 foot Rover package on top of that and get the off road exterior or inTech also has an available 15 foot Platinum package which will get them the fenders and bumper like the company had on the original Luna Out of the entire Luna lineup the 1700 pound Luna Rover has become the dominate seller according to Fishburn With an MSRP of between 18000 20000 the Rover has off road styling which Fishburn said customers are gravitating toward inTech recognizes that the small product lines are niche right now he explained The companys overall goal is just to make a very high quality high end unit At the end of the day whatever avenue or path inTech goes down it has a strong base of people that believe in in Techs RVs because theyve owned one and they know the quality of the product The Sol Dawn is 16 feet long with a 2600 pound UVW Open House Display Location Executive Parkway Hours Mon Thurs 8am 8pm Information 574 773 9536 The Sol Dawn features a front dinette that takes full advantage of wrap around windows
